Blackie Blogg-Philly Cheese Steak anyone?

Well we find ourselves in Philly today after playing in Pittsburg yesterday, still have a general feeling of being dazed even though I had a pretty early night. The Philly Cheese Steak is on the breakfast menu but still it doesn't seem to appeal. I've had the chance many times but the thought of the resulting coronary still holds me back.
The important stuff though is that Australia are taking on the might of Italy today and seem to be holding there own so far. Come on the SoccerRoos!!

any chance of one of your band members guesting with DMB tomorrow night?

I'm not so familiar with your music, but I'd love to see you guys on stage with DMB.

Look forward to seeing you!

We were robbed Blackie! It was a DIVE - A DIVE. Italy could only win by cheating.

Yay - great show in Pittsburgh! Much fun. Except for the two guys in front of me, very hopped up and kept falling on me, but hey at least I was up close.

Megglison -- Are you talkign about the 2 young frat looking guys that kept causing trouble every second of the concert?

Yeah I was right there too . . . I was the dude in the black gomez t-short (with the mexican guy on the front) quietly dancing away and signing along to every song.

Sadly the Socceroos were robbed!...I agree with teacoldwine.. DIVE!!!!

When will FIFA get a second ref on the field (or at least a playback screen)? And why did all the refs in the World cup seem to hate Aus so much? Oh well – suppose I will have to move my cheers to the England camp!!

I'm gonna have to root for the USA!!! Oh, that's right, in their trademark, losing ways, they've already been eliminated.

If you're reading this gentlemen, please change up the setlist of N1 and N2 for Camden(not just because I'll be there but because it's the "IN" thing to do). If you need ideas, please read my post under Camden from a while back.

At least you don't have to put up with ITV copying the referees and wearing those stupid microphones.Terry Venables say it aint so. Italy cheating , you all sound so surprised, supremely gifted but so cynical, come on spain and rafas revolutionaries!!!

waffles sound like a good idea-especially considering us aussies lost/were robbed-drowning sorrow in sweet sticky syrup sounds somewhat comforting nevertheless.

I think Dave and Tom should have a dance-off.

yah. the most appalling billboard i saw in the Carolinas this past week (there are an astonishing number of church billboards but these are so dull as to be relatively innocuous) was an ad for a cheeseburger topped with a philly cheesesteak sandwich, all within some spongy white-bread bun and slathered in cheese product. ick!

Saturday Night Live had a hilarious skit advertising a taco bell type item that was wrapped in another taco, then fried, then in a bun, etc. and finally wrapped in a pizza! Gluttony.
