Just to let you know. When we were in the rehearsal studio I made a tatty DIY video for How we Operate. We hope to have it up online really soon. It cost approximately £114: the cost of hiring a decent little camera for a day. It would have only cost £80, but I don't drive so I had to have it delivered. It's not gonna win any prizes but we all really enjoyed doing it. Take care, tom x

Yes, I think we fans should all pitch in on a conference bike. Heck, a camera too! Wouldn't the footage be fun?
I'm interested most not in Tom's level of fitness (riding bikes is hard!) nor in funniest home videos, but a conference bike? Is that when you have a board meeting on one big bike instead of the board room? I suppose it would be nice, just for something different. Not that i've ever been in a conference, or in a board room, except...oh no, that was...never mind.
I love that... 'don't drive'. That's what I say instead of 'can't drive for shit'. I have the attention span of an elderly spaniel.
